Don,
I had posted this on the Bresea thread about a month ago, I I think the questions below are still valid.
Please answer this Mr Don Clarke.
Do you think that if you are successful in ousting Bresea's current management, and if you or the new management gets sued in the future, would you not dip into the Bresea treasury to defend yourself or would you dip into your own pockets ?

d. clarke,
Although I applaud your and your group's efforts to wrest control of Bresea from the current management, I fail to understand how your group will enhance shareholder value.
Simple questions that come to mind are:
1. What are your motives, agenda, and business plans ? 2. What percentage of the O/S Bresea shares does your group represent ? 3. How many Bresea shareholders do you currently represent ? 4. Do you have any major Bresea shareholders behind you, such as pension funds/mutual funds ? 5. What are your / group's qualifications ? 6. What expertise do you have in running exploration / mining companies ? 7. Do you have any technical expertise in your group, such as geologists, etc. ? 8. Do you have high profile fund raisers amongst your group ? 9. Do you have high profile politicians backing your cause ? 10. Do you have any experience in dealing with the Indonesian government/military ? 11. Do you have any working knowledge of Indonesia, their customs and their cultural values, the different ethnic groups / tribes / natives ? 12. Does your group has deep pockets to fund exploration if fund raising becomes too difficult ? 13. How can you be so sure that you and your group will succeed in dealing with corrupt regimes where Barrick/Placer/Freeport have struggled ? 14. What makes you feel that Suharto will meet with you ? 15. What makes you think that Bresea JV partners will be willing to play ball with you ?
In my opinion, the question in every shareholder's mind should be "ARE WE JUMPING FROM THE FRYING PAN INTO THE FIRE" ?
If the munkey said he wanted to run Bresea, I would say "there is No F in Way", If Freeport said it wanted to run Bresea, I would be suspicious, If Placer said it wanted to run Bresea, I would say "Show me the money" But for d.clarke and group, I have to say "NO WAY", I do not see you as an alternative to enhance shareholder value.
I'd rather stick with David Walsh running Bresea for now, because I do believe in "a person is innocent until proven guilty"
