He is in a responsible position which precludes him from saying "anti-Semetic bullshit" when he really doesn't know for sure. The climate of France is different from what I am used to in the US. Here, it would be called "anti-Semetic bullshit" until the people responsible for the article demonstrated that the hateful headline was true.
