Jon, Jorj, I think maybe you'll want to explain why they have not taken such action, if there are no claims, and if it's all just hot air. Why fear the courts? As one poster here said a few years ago: "I never met an honest man who feared the judgment of a jury."


until they are breaking down your door to settle out of court for millions of dollars to avoid the potential of losing hundreds of millions of dollars that you imply as a potential, I think you are getting way ahead of yourself in the confidence department.

Your idea that an honest person wouldn't fear a jury is absurd. Men have gone to death row based on biased juries.

Hey I want you to win. I get a case of pepsi out of it. I don't think I will be collecting though.
