As I said before, false. On two counts. 1441 affirmed prior resolutions, therefore we had their approval. The fact that some countries wanted to squirm out of things without actually coming out and saying it is immaterial.

The second count, we know he had WMD. Nobody disputes that (maybe you). Perhaps he flushed them all down the Tigris. If so fine, but he didn't prove he did it, therefore he was in violation. Bush didn't lie to anybody.
