Well, considering the often repeated truth that just some 13% voting, or betting
on one winning party, and sometimes only 13% of those 7% who actually vote, I fully agree
that it is very difficult to, probably too difficult, to understand the actually
existing, for more than a century, system that I tried to explain, even in some detail.

How did that thing on representation of all go when explained for the US domestics??

What does just basic math do when doing an incremental change from something
like much less than 50% representation, including those coalitions during the
elections (somewhat close to those US districts where the opposition does not even
bother to set up a candidate, as a mechanism to which there exists another extreme).

Were you able to read the number of 500??

As well as that basic consititutional issue of "the majorities rule with the consensus
of the minorities"???

However, I must admit it took me many moons and years to understand
that nothing of that existed in USA.
