Bam Entertainment in Distribution Pact With
Acclaim Unit

SAN JOSE (Dow Jones)--Bam Entertainment Inc.'s Bam Entertainment Ltd. unit signed a distribution agreement with an Acclaim Entertainment Inc. (NasdaqSC:AKLM - News) unit, which will distribute certain forthcoming Bam computer and video game products.
The games will be distributed within some international territories, including Europe and Australia, interactive entertainment software company Bam said in a press release Wednesday.
The agreement covers a wide-ranging line-up, including adventure, stealth- action and puzzle games developed for PlayStation2, Xbox, Nintendo GameCube and PC.
Acclaim Entertainment, Glen Cove, N.Y., publishes software for use with interactive entertainment game consoles.
Shares of Bam traded recently at 55 cents, up 12 cents, or 27.9%, on volume of 485,320 shares. Average daily volume is 451,268 shares.
Shares of Acclaim traded recently at 70 cents, up 2 cents, or 2.8%, on volume of 622,022 shares. Average daily volume is almost 4 million shares.
