Richmond Fed President Alfred Broaddus is scheduled to speak in Williamsburg, Virginia on the outlook for the U.S. economy tomorrow, two days after Fed Governor Ben Bernanke said 4 percent gross domestic product growth next year may not be enough to halt slowing inflation. Both Bernanke and Broaddus are voting members of the Fed's policy-setting committee.

Bernanke said in a speech at the University of California in San Diego that ``ongoing slack in the economy may still lead to continuing disinflation.'' A third Fed voter, Michael Moskow, president of the Chicago Fed, will speak on the economic outlook Monday.
