Yes, that is the thing. The setup here says it should not meltup, so if it does, that is a Hound of sorts. To put it another way, it didn't give the chart-chasers and the dipsters a comfy setup to get long, so now they are chasing. Still think it could go either way myself. Post amateur hour is upon us now. In fact, I just booked the last 1/3 of CSCO. Was hoping to do that on another new high, but time premium erosion is about to step up as the prime variable next to price.
