Satisfied customer.

My DSL provider (BLS) took out my old Alcatel modem and installed a Westell external "router" modem in the ethernet port. I cannot tell you how great this modem is. A piece of cake to install, stable as a rock. It is also extremely easy to reset, on the rare occasions it needs it. No unplugging the phone line and turning off the computer, no calling BellSouth. You can access the reset mechanism with your web browser, even when offline, as the mechanism is stored in HTML on the modem itself.

I bought some stock just on a swing trade, and I might take a position in it. Word will get around and the gamble on another major ISP/DSL supplier switching to Westell should be a good one.

Most important, the cost to BellSouth for DSL maintenance and customer service is going to decrease noticeably with this equipment. I was on the phone to them every month with the Alcatel crap, sometimes for hours. I have not called them once in the four months I have had the Westell modem. This has to be saving them a TON of money. Word will get around about this.

The stock is down solely because the market expected a big sale announcement and didn't get it. Which means a 20-40% pop in stock price if and when the announcement is made.

My strategy/advice: Watch for a sudden volume/price spike, when insiders learn of such a sale in advance of the market, and pile in.
