You quoted neocon inadequately by chopping off his reasoning. YOUR VERSION "One can tell the difference between an honest critic and a Bush basher..."

What he really said was:
"One can tell the difference between an honest critic and a Bush basher by the way in which the latter makes lurid assertions far in excess of current evidence, reflecting their deep belief in the depravity of the Administration........ "

I see nothing wrong with what neocon said here. I am sure all would agree that the bush bashed as defined by neocon is doing a wrong thing.
