Ted, I will agree with you that academia can be arrogant and overdone but they are not lying in their course work as your posts suggest. Who said they are lying? They honestly believe the crap they put forth, that political conservatives can be defined as a psychological condition. Why so much defensiveness? Its like you are ashamed in what you believe. Who said I was ashamed? Seeing their work only reaffirms my conservative beliefs and confirms my suspicions that these guys are out of touch with reality, or pursuing their own agendas. It's not deceit, but more like inbred intellectualism. And it all stems from post-modernism (hence my earlier sarcastic comment, "There is no truth, except the truth that there is no truth.").
