But that is not a sound argument. Your policy is reactionary, and will not solve the underlying problem. It makes the margin of error more palatable (to some), but does nothing to correct the cause of the errors.

If you intend to argue against the death penalty, you need to argue against the death penalty-- not against the failures of the criminal justice system.
