Perhap I need new contacts or glasses! Can you point out where it says anything about a "kickback"? There's nothing wrong with a direct access broker making "research" available to clients. And it's my opinion that you don't understand the definition of "timely manner" given your reported trading results ... do you actually UNDERSTAND the concepts of trading? It doesn't take a PhD to understand that if a stock starts to fall and you're long you bail out to minimize losses. This is one of the most BASIC aspects of trading on an intra-day basis. If you CHOSE to listen to someone to tell you WHEN to sell then that's your problem. Someone calling out picks doesn't know WHERE the market will move in the next 5 minutes or next hour. No one knows with 100% accuracy. So trading is about making educated guesses and quickly admitting when you are wrong. And if you're right you let your profits run.
