stock picking and investment advice are completely different things.

You're very wrong about that Jorj, in the case of Internet sites such as these. See Sec v. Park. Seems SEC and the Northern District Court of Illinois agre with me. Furthermore, I don't have to convince a jury that it was investment advice, though it certainly was. Had I filed claims under the Investment Adviser's Act of 1940 then I would have to prove it was. But I did not file any claims under that Act.

Now tell me. Christopher Rea under oath says he never gave any securities recommendations. His partner Cyber on its own website says he gave stock picks. Last time I checked, stock = security and picks = recommendations, so stock picks = securities recommendations. Or, what is the meaning of "to be"?
