That is what Larry Kudlow says is what this stock market rally is telling him.

And BTW, I realized something a few months ago while reviewing my notes on this thread aboutLarry's predictions as to where the markets will be EOY.
Every time he predicts, his prediction is 20% higher than where the market closed that day.
Serious, check it out, it's all there.
And now, next time you hear him go "out on a limb" You will know before he says it what his prediction will be.
