the issue is that you have not shown that there is any real evidence to support some of the key allegations.

And laws sure are open to interpretation. If you don't know that...as a potential law student, well......

The fact is, you said that you paid for investment advice. You said it here on SI in the past couple of days. The key point here is that means that you had an investment advisor. Did your investment advisor meet with you? Did he talk about your goals and where your assets came from? Did he suggest a responsible asset allocation based on your age and place in life? And then did he get on a chat board and tell you to daytrade?

As I have stated before, you may have a legitimate case, but you haven't provided any evidence here that leads me to believe that you do.
