lizzie, i understand that. bill clinton was great at making people feel good. bush doesn't have that ability. my issue with clinton is he only made folks feel good in as much as it benefitted him - and i can't stand manipulators. he's riding the boom, i'm pissed b/c i see the inevitable bust. but he didn't care - he would be gone - someone else's problem when the hangover comes - that will literally hurt lots of people. he was very good at manipulating feelings, though. excellent.
