Clinton was up here a lot with the high tech companies. He did what he could for tech, he recognized it was the growth engine. Not Bush, he stays away from the technology industry and the entire state. If Bush does visit a company it is some defense firm for 1/2 hour. This dividend tax cut is typical Bush thinking, nothing for the future, it just helps oldline stodgy industries that have no job creation abilities.
