Brantz I can't comment on your first two queries but let me say I have heard a few things about Mr. 0'hearn and they haven't been all that pretty! Now I'm basing this on some hearsay, some rumour and opinion from what I consider a pretty reliable source. Seems Mr.Paul 0'hearn is somewhat of a shady character with a reputation for booze, bimbos, and stock manipulation. From what I've heard he used to run a venture capital company out east called P0H Industries and screwed enough people that he finally had to pack up and get outta Dodge. So he sets up shop in Toronto and now he's screwed enough people here that the financial community has had enough of this cat and his antics and are ready to either run this guy out of town or stage a public hangin'! Rumour has it now that Mr. 0'hearn isn't waiting for the posse and he's sailing ship for merry old England to have a go at the Britts. All I can say is this guy sounds about as unsavoury as it gets and the kind of guy you might want to hang out and let the good times roll with, not the kind of guy you want involved in your favorite stock!! Two words sum this guy up. BAD ASS!! Regards, R.
