I can see that the secondary offering of 3 million shares of stock would drop the price. If my math is right, given that there were 7.5 million shares to begin with, and the stock price hovering around 40, then another 3 million should drop it to around 28 or so (I'm just guessing about how this all works, so feel free to contradict).

What I don't understand is why it took so long ... the secondary announcement took place about 10 days or so ago. I would have expected a more immediate drop in price if this is the only thing that's affecting the price.

Lets keep this thread active! I have a hard time finding news about this company, even on the Internet, up here in Vermont! Jocelyn
