Notes on my "visit" to ARES Headquarters:

I went by what was the last known address that I am aware of today for ARES. I will state to you the facts of my "visit" along with some personal experience and knowledge of this stock in the past (as ARET) and speculation about what I found out. Other than the facts I state, the rest is just my speculation and opinion. Those that have stayed with this stock for longer than I recently, may have additional information and much of what I state here may be old news.

To qualify my perspective, I was an investor in ARES under it's former symbol of ARET on and off a few years ago. I made money off of it eventually, however, sold all of my position in the company and most others for a period of years. I recently within the last month or so re-entered the investing world and since have purchased a small position in ARES. I wanted to do some "in person" DD on ARES as I live not far away and today was working near the last location I had known to be their "offices."

I arrived at 3430 E. Russell Road looking for Suite 118. This is the last address I had known to be valid for ARES. Upon arrival I realized I had been to the location before. 3430 E. Russell in Las Vegas is a group of 4 office buildings. At present, two of them appear occupied, two do not. I had been to the location before for my employer repossessing some equipment another "internet" company had purchased and failed to pay for, we took them to court and repo'd our equipment and shortly after that, the company was court ordered to vacate the premises. Was this company in any way associated with ARES, NO, not to my knowledge. It just struck me as curious that I had been to the same location before to see an "internet" related small business going South from a personal perspective. Does this reflect on the landlord of the property and the type of businesses and people he rents too? Hear again, I would say no but the coincidences still rang in on me.

When I found the door to 3430 E. Russell locked, with a note on the door that another company (not ARES) had relocated to one of the other buildings at the location. When it appeared 3430 was basically unoccupied, I reflected back on the trips I had made to the location before attempting to get in touch with the other defunct company and although their building appeared unoccupied, it really wasn't. It was ran by a 3 man operation that was rarely there, however, and catching someone in the building was a rarity. Was this the case with ARES also? I didn't know so I thought I would call. The last known number I had for ARES was 702-214-4249. I called it from the parking lot and got what sounded like an answering service but a cheap one, one that sounded much like not much more than an answering machine. The message answered, "Thank you for calling the Corporate Offices, Please leave a message and we'll get back to you." It didn't say AmeriReesource Corporate offices or anything that would indicated I truly reached ARES.

This brought me back to the old days of investing in Penny Stock some years back when I would call some of the "companies" I was considering investing in and often got "generic" answering machines that could have, and in those cases, were often just a scam headquarters phone number for several supposed companies operating using the same phone number. Was this the case today with ARES? I have no way of knowing but the similarities again rang through.

Nevertheless, whichever the case, I left a message that I was a past and current investor in Ameriresource although I had only recently gotten back in. I explained I had been out the stock awhile but was not only back in but considering purchasing additional shares in the near future. I left this message about 10:30 AM local time and thus far at 7 PM local time, they didn't return my call today. Will they ever return it? This is still to be determined.

Are there positive possibilities to my "findings?" There certainly could be. There is the possibility that as ARES is basically a one man operation at this time, Delmar Janovec has no need for office space while trying to get the company rolling again. This may be something that the longer investors than I may already be aware of and I was not. It should also be noted that the address I went to was not listed in the last few "news" releases I have found for the company. As Delmar is basically footing the operations bill right now, I could certainly understand if he cut out the cost of an unnecessary office at this point in time. Regards to the phone and answering issue, as Delmar is a one man show, it is possible he is traveling, on vacation, or whatever. It is simply possible he didn't have time to get back to me. From my past exposure to ARES a few years back, it seemed like Delmar was in contact with a few investors on this board fairly regularly and at that time seemed to be fairly forthright with updates and staying in communication. Therefore, based on today alone, I can't vouch for whether I will ever hear from him or not.

Are there possible negative connotations to my "visit?" I think if you read my story, you can form any number of possible negative scenarios.

After all this what is my current opinion of ARES? I have to believe from past history Delmar will either contact me at some point or the "news" that several people speculate may be on the horizon may be released soon and answer our questions. With recent, although slight, upward movement lately and the speculation of news, I am willing to hold my current position in ARES and possibly purchase more in the near future if I can pick some up before a significant run if one should come about. If the stock doesn't run and I don't make a bit off of my time in ARES this time around, it will be the first bad experience I have had with the company since I first invested in it years ago. Is the stock risky? Absolutely. Am I recommending others buy and hold also? Absolutely not. I don't want to influence anyone's decision and as with any stock everyone should do their own DD and make their own choices as they are ultimately putting up there own cash. I am just reporting what I went through today and my own personal observations and opinions for anyone who cares. I don't care to battle with any naysayers of this stock and willingly admit as of right now, there appear to be more negatives on the plate than positives but the gambler in me and the low price of the stock and it's history of ebb's and flow in the past will keep me in for now.

If I get a call back or find out more info, I'll post it here.
