It's the bid/ask before trading halted, people can't make market when it's halted, I think the opening should be above $21.

My 2cents to Ken, if you put in market order, please re-think about it, usually, with this kind of news to announced and trading halted, a lot of orders will be filled when it resumes (also, all the good news will be priced in the opening price), so the opening prices will be very high and going downward slowly when most of the orders got filled. But if it's really a good news, more and more people people jump in, the price could keep going up. if you are not really a short-term trader, wait for the right moment to get in...
