Well, Cheney is spinning faster than a MixMaster.

It is really simple. Only one can be true:

1) They had WMD.
2) They did not have WMD.

If 2) is true, then one of the following must be:
3) We were misinformed (bad info).
4) We were misled (i.e. lied to).

If 1) is true, then one of the following must be true:
5) We just haven't found them in Iraq yet.
6) They were moved.
7) They were destroyed.

If 5) or 6), we need to find them, as they are still a danger. If 7), we need to find proof, to eliminate 5) and 6).

So, the only possible outcomes are we were wrongly informed, we were misled, or we need to find them or evidence of their destruction.

All the rest is political double talk.
