2)jamming occurred after the antenna was shot down. In fact, the evidence indicates that so called jamming may not have taken place at all and that is not my conclusion so blame NSA for that one.

yes but then you would have to launch torpedo boats and that takes time while US jets are on their way to assist USS Liberty.

no, the crew claimed that there was attack only on lifeboats and not on USS Liberty. Of course, some of the crew claimed that there were no attack on lifeboats at all

that indeed but the crew was interviewed before and I am sure that Navy did not need to re-interview all of the crew members

not calling to testify on hearing does not imply that it was not on record
