This lack of forethought and planning is what makes me mad.


Nobody knew what the Electrical problem would be in advance. In fact, until we got what they had back on line, nobody knew for sure. I think you are letting your political opinion influence your analysis of this.

Live isn't perfect. Of course, hindsight is.
