Paul,

Most of the down move in the semi-equips since last August has been
industry specific and unrelated to general market action. Based
on management statements and booking numbers, the semi-equips
will have lower sales and earnings in the next few quarters. There
is no certainty that management visibility will improve in the
next few quarters. It is questionable whether the semi-equips
will reach the lowest prices in my plan, but it is a pure pipe
dream to expect double or more in one or two quarters.
