Well, after 6 months we are hiring in our 6th employee, and I own just a small place. I would estimate that we are going to employ roughly 50 employees after 2 years, 20% of them would be what I would consider high paying jobs.

There are 2 other outfits locally that employ roughly 300-400 employees that do the same thing that I do.

My comment regarding what are you children going to have do "adapt to the situation" is what they are going to have to do. Just like everyone else. Frankly, if the US is exporting jobs to India, maybe they could look into moving to India to get a job. Maybe that's not the preferred method of gaining employment but you have to do what you have to do.

And yeah, you can put 200,000 into my specific importing area, there's already more than that here.
