Broaderrick has recanted her story a couple of times.
This isn't true.

Broaderick's affidavit was clearly done out of fear of her personal destruction after having seen what he did to his other victims.

What is wrong with you? Did Clinton try to rape you? Either your exaggerating your fear or your playing partisan games? The personality of Clinton is very similar to Bryant.......they are soft spoken men whom you instinctly know would not hurt someone intentionally. My take is that both would have to be very high to rape someone.

As for fear of her personal destruction, what could Clinton do as governor, prevent her from voting?

What part of your position looks suspiciously like a very partisan Rep. with an axe to grind?

I think I explained it pretty well in that post. With Clinton there is a huge history of this kind thing; in the Kobe case there is no history.

Bryant is only 24..........maybe he's just started. The evil has been awakened.

Also, specifically in the Broaderick case there were witnesses who provided contemporaneous statements, whereas there is apparently nothing of that sort in the Bryant case.

Then, you ARE claiming that people saw Clinton rape Juanita? What were there names and how did they happen to witness the rape?

As I've told you before, rape is a crime of power.

Uh, I don't believe you "told" me that.

Uh......nearly a year ago when you were alleging that Clinton had raped Monica. It wasn't until other conservatives on the thread pointed out the error of your thinking that you backed off that position.

But it is precisely the point. In every instance Clinton used his power against his victim.

God, when will evolution work its magic? Its the need for power, not abusing one's power. Clinton had more power than any one man could use in a lifetime......he didn't need to prove he was powerful in the sack. Did you not take psych. 101? Clinton was a philanderer, not a rapist. You and Starr need to hook up.

The Broaderick case is striking, because he was AG at the time and that would have made it exceptionally difficult for him to be prosecuted.

No, it would not!
