Of course, the President's background in oil gives rise to concerns, justified or not... but it's an appearance, about his actions with regard to the Saudis (spiking investigations into the terrorist's money trail by the FBI just prior to 9-11... and now redacting 28 pages about the Saudis, and who knows what other governments, from the report).
