Of course. Criticism against Republicans is always deserved.

Hey politics is a rough world, I don't care if you put down Republicans and if I did complain that you where being to mean, you could tell me to shove it; but complaining about demeaning attacks on your side in the same post that makes demeaning attacks on the other is hypocritical and whining and probably pointless. If you want rough and tumble then don't complain if it is returned, if you want people to try to "keep it clean" or "take the higher road", then it might make sense to do so yourself. And claiming that your attacks are all richly deserved while the other side's attacks are all vile and bitter and unfair just doesn't cut it.
