No the not understanding the stupidity of his infidelities was the clear cue of his lack of understanding of the long term implications of almost all of his ideas. Some worked out well more by accident than any real understanding of the underlying dynamic. Feel good now was his guiding morality and that is a recipe for disaster.

He wanted to believe in socialism and communism at the root of his belief system. God and morality had no real consideration. That who I believe that person is.
