Unless, of course, they're American troops being dragged through the streets of Mogadishu or thrown into heaps in Iraq.

It was meant to show that they were really dead, but I think they will need some neutral Iraq or Arab authority to examine the bodies and identify them. Muslims just do not trust the US at this point.
