This story just gets ever more grotesque:

That was quick work, very efficient. Think about it; they must have had a plastic surgeon on standby, to get the job done this quickly. They must have anticipated Iraqi disbelief, so they planned ahead, to make the corpses more real, more convincing. Doing surgery on the mangled dead, rearranging the faces so they were more "life-like", so they would serve as better props in the public relations campaign. Yankee ingenuity. We'll use anything, any material at hand, in our propaganda campaign. Another reality show.
