WHere are you located?? I was under the impression that the express network was available wherever verizon cell service is avail. Thats a major bummer but I would persue it and push them... or see if theres a local carrier that offers a similar service. I have searched high and low for years and never found a decent PDA device.. I kid you not- I had everything from the quotrek to 2 palm devices.. my last toy was a blackberry.. All garbage.. The bottom line with this new one is that I can type in www.blahblah and go to whatever site I want.. reliable and high speed.. the only negative is one that will never be overcome and thats the size of the screen.. : )
