Of course BLS knew. This was one of Intelsat's requirements for the deal. You don't come up with a number for 6 sats, plus conditions, then make the PR statement overnight. However, BLS likely still wanted to avoid it at the time of the Annual. Intelsat was playing hardball.

However, one doesn't have much to do with the other. The RS was done to be able to stay on the NYSE as long as possible. Arguably, Lor didn't remain for very long one way or the other...
