Well, I sort of agree with you, in general. I have no idea what his belief system really is, since he is Slick Willie. But he did adapt his policy to what the people (i.e. polls) said, and that sometimes worked, sometimes different. You have to balance representation with beliefs. Clinton probably put too much emphasis on representation, and Bush too much on beliefs.
