There is a bit of difference between showing a head shot of someone for identification purposes, and showing bodies being dragged or gloated over. Especially in this case, where we are trying to bring order and reduce fear of the previous oppressive regime.

However, now, I don't think that anything the US could have done would convince people. They are extremely distrustful of the US right now.
