you guys are too much. Relax Ollie - assault is when you actually touch someone. Saying you are going to have a fist fight isn't.

Hey Ray, I think you better consult with counsel. When you actually touch someone it's battery. Felony assault is the threat of violence. You just, for the second time, have committed that crime, in public.

You people just don't seem to understand that this is not a game, destroying people's lives, taking all their hopes, their dreams, their financial resources away from them through your oh-so-clever-aren't-we-masters-of-the-universe-and-what-suckers-are-they-all-to-trust-us permeating and pervasive fraud - and then daring to physically threaten them.

You low life. You call your lawyers. Maybe you think to play games, but I, my family, and my friends - and the first-class California attorneys now working on these claims - we do not.
