Early the train left the station IMHO leaving all bulls stranded....... as evidence in today housing report .......sales of houses slowed down even with bottom low interest rates........ the RE market is overly saturated

Now mortgage payments are 10% to 20% higher and plenty of marginal people are in variable rates ....... bad news for them and something has to give and it will be ....... no recovery
