Betty, This is what I put out on Prodigy: The Special Stockholders meeting was held and the change of domicile from Wyoming to Delaware was held open until Aug 23, 1996, as only a total of 6 million plus votes casted. All other Items passed. The meeting was adjourned until Aug 23, 1996 in order to give shareholders that did not vote additional time to vote on Item 2. Between 30-40 persons attended the meeting. After the adjournment, Mr. Root and other management personnel fielded questions from the shareholders. As previously stated, Cash Flow Positive and Corporation Profitability still on target. 2nd round of financing just about completed. Mr. Root indicated that the company is just about finished taking care of all the financial trash the company had from previous management. (My words). Clean up the Balance Sheet and other types of agreements the company had. Company involved with over 35 OEM's at various stages and has nondisclosures agreements which precludes providing details until OEM's launch products. Mr. Root indicated that the VoiceLink is getting good reviews from the people using it. (Pres. ATT and other company Pres.) LA PD currently testing Flashback/VoiceLink for possible contract. VoiceLink will operate with Microsoft 3.1 and Windows 95. They could of launched VoiceLink sooner with only Microsoft 3.1 but wanted to have it with Windows 95. They found out that Windows 95 had more bugs then an old house. That is why they planned for the September launch. To give them the cushion for such problems. We should see something in two to three weeks (ads or the distribution channels in place). Sears was mentioned, can not recall if it was for internal use or for store sales. Company is aware of patent infringements and has an open hand policy were they advise the using company of the patent and the willingness to license it to them. In discussions with a party now. Mr Root stated the company will protect its patent. Mr Root indicated that the company is aware of all technology concerning Flash memory. Mr. Root also mentioned, that a recent six month period over 33 million shares of the company traded and the stockbrokers made over $4 plus million dollars. It appears that the brokers would call anyone in the company to get some information to pop the stock up and then sell. He called them flippers. There is institutional interest in the company and has provided help to the company in some ways. There is light at the end of the tunnel and it has been a long tunnel. We are not out yet, but I feel a whole lot better after listening to all the questions put to Mr. Root and his responses.
