Well unfortunately, ALAN is continuing to hit new lows, both yesterday and now again today. I been trying to figure out the reason for this with the earnings less than a month away. One thing, I 've considered is the amount of the one-time charge for scuttling the insurance division. Do you have an idea of how much the charge might be? I also wonder why the company has not issued a press release announcing getting rid of the division. Like you, I see the divestment as a positive for the company. Perhaps, it is taking longer for them to get rid of it. I guess a worse-case scenario would be a another large-loss from the insurance division coupled with a one-time chage for getting rid of it. Any other current news, or opinions also greatly appreciated.
