Dear Jeff: Your points are well taken and in general I agree with all of them. However, if you know, I wish you would address the financial strenght issue. That 3/31 balance sheet left a lot to be desired. My thoughts are (and they are only thoughts I do not know) that their last published financials do not indicate enough strength ie assets and income to be listed on NASDAQ I just cant figure out any other reason for the delay. I hope the 6/30 financials show marked improvement but I am afraid it may take until 9/30 to meet requirements. If that is so, I dont know why Mr. Gruder doesnt just so state. I was under the impression he had submitted everything to everyone including NASDAQ when he made the comment awhile back "it could be two weeks or two months-I just dont know". JDN
