WFG, <<having fun ... standing in the eye of the hurricane>> ... as long as we are dressed for it:0) During the days when I was living on Boracay Island in the Philippines, I actually quite enjoyed typhoons, always dressed in swim gear and t-shirt, taking showers while pacing the beach. In the current case, the correct gear may be scuba tanks pre-positioned in secret hideout, and some emergence mini-tanks in daisy-chained around neck. I do not know what gold market sees, but whatever it is, it seems to be quite "shock and awe" inspiring ... we may be going diving, and some of us are figuring on free-diving, while others are equiped to the max.
