I am not critical, I know that mini-mini cap needed time to develop into a profitable company. Although may be they are on the right track to develop the software or sales, but the way they treated their boss(now we can say that, because they don't hold 70% & may be some of us here hold more than them:-may be in the future they issue unlimited performance shares they will hold 90%,but not now )like dirt is hard to swallow.If they have a urgent need to consolidate the shares, they should consult the shareholders first, we wanted shareholder democracy, let us have our opinion in this matter. If the management & shareholders work together, you can see a better result. P.S. unfortunately this is a software company, I don't know how to run it, if this is a food company, I will mortgage my house and sell everything + loan from banks to buy 70% and run it myself!!!
