I think it's a good business model to fit the time. Underwriters/banks have abandoned the small caps. Pacific Growth Equities will move in and help -- and other banks will ride along on their tails -- but microcaps are without sponsorship, and small caps will be under served. I think that it would be fun for some "burned out bios" to actually reverse merge with private, developing banks............ use left over cash to move in aggressively to fill this need.
