LOL, like I said, you have no experience in getting anything done and are a major motor mouth talker. Security is a chain of elements. The chain is as strong as it's weakest link. Any large task has elements or facets that make it just like a chain. You may think that Libia has a lot to contribute but I think that's idiotic. After the UN central committee has demonstrated they have the ability to rebuild something like Japan or Europe then come back and I won't consider this statement idiotic. "What we need to do is get the UN in there to share the burden." Your ability to evaluate anothers character is as non existent as your ability to figure out how to get out of a wet paper bag. Rebuilding a country is not the arena of talking fools and idiots.
