As Uday and Qusay found, there is peril in blind faith which involves causing trouble for the USA. I doubt that the TD-SCDMA proponents will find it a good idea to steal from the USA treasury which receives a LOT of money from QUALCOMM. They would do so at their peril. Those with them would be against the USA. Which isn't necessarily a good idea.

While the article might state anything at all, you should bear in mind that not all journalists have more than a passing acquaintance with the facts or truth.
