Let's hope so. I haven't been tapped into the railfan network for a while, so I really don't know how busy they are.
They initiated court action against the stb on July 8, but they haven't put out any info about it.
And they have yet to announce the Annual Meeting that the 10K stated would be late in June.
Same old same old............
