Well Malcolm, it would be interesting to have a referendum in Tibet on the matter wouldn't it. <Tibet has been part of China for centuries. Okay this doesn't go back to the Han dynasty but it goes back to before Marco Polo.>

I would bet that China doesn't want to have a referendum in Tibet on whether Tibet remains part of China. It seems that 'serf' is a good description for Tibetans in regard to China.

BTW, I don't read the "US Press" for my truths.
