Fight against this PC stuff whever you can. In particular those questionnaires/census questions about race. Just put down Canadian or refuse to answer. My employer asked so they can compute the stats and give them to the Federal govt to prove they are being goody goody. They might even use them in advertising, God forbid, pernicious , yes that's the right word exactly, exactement mon ami.
